TERMS OF PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY

Zero to SuperHero™, its subsidiaries and affiliated brands (hereinafter referred to as "Zero to SuperHero™, Zero to SuperHero LLC,"The Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. The following policies apply to all purchases made from us (including all related web sites, telephone sales, and on-site purchases at live events).

General

Offers/coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are valid only during the stated promotional period. Prices may change without prior notice. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

Please read our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our Site and any purchases you make while browsing our Site.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular health, personal relationship, financial or other results, or that you will earn any particular amount of income or achieve any particular goal as a result of purchasing our products and/or services. The information provided is for informational purposes only. It is intended for your personal use only. If you decide to use any such information, you do so at your own risk and you are solely responsible for any decisions and actions that you take as a result of your decision to use such information. We will never provide you with relationship, legal, investment, professional, tax, or financial advice. There is no assumption of any responsibility for any errors or omissions that may appear in any of the program materials or in any written information. You agree to take full responsibility for the results that you may obtain from the use of any product or service that you purchase from us.

Physical Products

Most items are shipped by third parties, so we cannot refund or replace items if you order incorrectly, have buyer's remorse, provide an incorrect address, or return an unclaimed shipment to our third-party fulfillment center. Restocking fees will apply to unclaimed and returned shipments. If an address is determined to be insufficient by the carrier and is returned, the customer will be responsible for the restocking fee as soon as an updated address has been confirmed. All claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items or lost in transit must be made directly to Customer Service within 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with any other purchase not made through our third-party fulfillment center, simply return the physical product in NEW condition, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling). You may contact our customer service department and email us at support@zero-to-superhero.com for refund procedures or if you are unsure if your product is from our 3rd party fulfillment center. Please note that shipping costs to and from the fulfillment center or us are not refundable.

Digital Download Products, Digital Products, Zero to SuperHero Academy, Coaching Programs

There are no refunds on digital products. You will be granted access to the Academy training platform for the length of time that is specified in the description of the product that you have purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased, please contact customer support immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. The purchase of a Zero to SuperHero training module does not grant the purchaser the right to share, reproduce, or resell the product in any way, shape or form. Digital access is considered to be fully delivered when the e-mail is sent to the e-mail address that was used to sign up for the services. If you do not receive the digital access link within 5 calendar days of signing your service agreement, it is your responsibility to notify the Company by e-mail at support@zero-to-superhero.com that you did not receive the link. If you have not sent an email notifying the Company that you have not received the link and the email has been delivered to your email address, the Digital Assets will be deemed to have been fully delivered.

If you subscribed to the Zero to SuperHero Academy monthly training access program, please contact customer support to cancel your subscription. Please note that cancelling a monthly subscription will be effective the month you cancel. Refunds are not given regardless of how you use the Product.
All sales of digital and downloadable products are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products; once a download/digital access has been assigned to you, there is nothing that we can take back from you. Please contact customer support if you are attempting to cancel the automatic renewal of your Zero to SuperHero or Zero to SuperHero on Demand product.

Please be advised that all agreements for downloadable/digital products, Zero to SuperHero Academy or Zero to SuperHero on Demand digital products are NOT subject to cancellation, refund or store credit. We do not accept any verbal changes to these agreements and the "No Refund and No Cancellation" policy stated in the agreements will be strictly enforced. AFTER the full term of the Agreement has expired, you may request to cancel the automatic renewal of the Agreement or your Agreement will be converted to a month-to-month Agreement. Any cancellations submitted prior to the full term of the Agreement will only cancel the automatic renewal and your monthly invoices will still be due and payable until the full value of the Agreement has been paid in full. ALL SETUP AND SET-UP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AS THEY ARE SERVICES PROVIDED TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT. Contracts with a 90-day cancellation policy do not include a refund of the initial investment. There are NO refunds for digital products or setup fees. By signing the Agreement, you agree to all of the Terms of Use and this Purchase and Refund Policy, including that you agree not to charge back for any services rendered or digital products delivered. You also agree and acknowledge that you are paying in monthly installments on your total contract value as a payment plan, not a recurring subscription fee.

Cancelling or removing the credit card on file does not cancel your subscription and violates the terms of this Agreement. If at any time you become 90 days delinquent, or if you fail to make three consecutive payments, your account will be suspended and you will be responsible for the full contract value for the remainder of the contract term.

If you have received a coupon code for free merchandise or a gift certificate for merchandise from the Company or one of its affiliates, the coupon code or gift certificate is for a single use only and is limited to the value of the code or card. All physical items purchased are subject to the refund policy. Digital products are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Gift certificates and coupon codes expire twelve (12) months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Programs that Offer Free Access to Live and/or Virtual Events

Any purchase of a show, event, product or service which offers a free or bonus ticket to a live or virtual event is subject to availability and will expire if not redeemed within twelve (12) months {one (1) year} from the date of purchase. Reserving the seat and redeeming the bonus or complimentary ticket is the responsibility of the purchaser. The Company will not send any reminders to the purchaser, so please keep track of any free or bonus tickets you have received since your purchase. Subject to availability or participation, Company reserves right to replace free or promotional item with equivalent item. Free or Bonus Items cannot transfer, replace, exchange, receive store credit or extend beyond twelve (12){one (1)} months from the date of purchase.

Any purchase of a program, future event, product or service made during a live event may also be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Terms and Conditions of Use for that specific event, so please be sure to read those as well.

OFFERS, DEALS, PROMOTIONS, BONUS ITEMS AND GIFTS WITH PURCHASE

Offers and discounts may not be combined.
We reserve the right to discontinue or replace any bundled items with appropriate substitutes, including event tickets. We also reserve the right to cancel and revoke any ticket if the purchaser or holder of that ticket is in violation of our terms and conditions, terms and conditions of purchase, or the terms and conditions of the agreement under which the ticket was granted. Purchased tickets do not guarantee a reserved seat. After purchasing a Ticket, please check to see if you are notified when and how to reserve your seat. Notifications will be sent ONLY to the email address you provided when you purchased your ticket.

Bonus Guarantee

If you purchase an item, ticket, or digital product at any time and are offered a bonus or gift in the future under the exact same conditions of purchase, we will guarantee your receipt of that bonus or gift while supplies last or within 3 months of purchase. If the bonus or giveaway is a ticket or ticket upgrade to a live event, fulfillment of this guarantee will be subject to availability, as some levels of tickets and events have limited seats and availability. AVAILABLE ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.

Returning Items from Promotions that Included Gifts with Purchase and Bonus Items

If you are returning an item or requesting a store credit for an item purchased with a bonus or free gift, you must return the bonus or free gift. If you choose to keep the bonus or free gift, your refund or store credit will be reduced by the value of the bonus or free gift at the time of purchase.

Account Status

If your account is in arrears or not in good standing for any reason, all special offers, flash sales, deals, bonuses, gifts with purchase, coupons, discounts and incentives will not be available.

Limitation of Liability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

By purchasing any item, product, or event from this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy, as well as the Purchase and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you are not in agreement with these policies, please do not purchase or do business with us.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and Zero to SuperHero LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of United States and Zero to SuperHero LLC and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of United States.

You should periodically visit these Policy to review the most current version. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice; however, the effective date of any changes will be reflected at the bottom of this page, and we will provide you with information regarding any changes upon request.
